Kendrick Smith Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Kendrick Smith is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Next Level ABA LLC. His professional background includes experience in healthcare administration, residential treatment services, real estate, business operations, and working with at-risk youth and children.
Through his years of leadership and administrative experience, Kendrick developed a strong understanding of the importance of creating safe, structured, and supportive environments for children and families.
His vision for Next Level ABA is centered on creating a company where families feel heard, children receive individualized support, and team members are empowered to provide quality care.
Kendrick believes that meaningful progress comes from combining compassionate care, strong leadership, family involvement, and a commitment to helping every child reach their next level.

Our clinical leadership team works closely with families and direct-care professionals to ensure that services are individualized and based on each child’s unique needs and goals.
